Not to be confused with Java.

JavaScript is an object-oriented scripting language that Toss developers use to enable programmatic access to objects within both the client application and other applications.

JavaScript, despite the name, is essentially unrelated to the Java programming language even though the two do have superficial similarities. Both languages use syntaxes influenced by that of C syntax, and JavaScript copies many Java names and naming conventions.

Toss is using Javascript for the client-side, developing web applications in dynamic mode and building user interfaces in dynamic websites.
